Ngữ pháp Thứ tự tính từ trong tiếng Anh
Trong giao tiếp hàng ngày, chúng ta sử dụng rất rất nhiều tính từ. Có những khi chúng ta có thể diễn đạt đầy đủ ý của mình bằng một tính từ, nhưng có lúc thì lại không. Để truyền đạt được đầy đủ ý của mình, chúng ta phải dùng một đống tính từ để mô tả chi tiết! Nhưng vấn đề là chúng ta không thể cứ thế mà đặt chúng loạn lên trong câu.
Trong tiếng Anh, có một trong những chủ điểm cũng rất quan trọng về ngữ pháp liên quan đến tính từ. Đó là trật tự của tính từ trong tiếng Anh (The order of adjectives).
I. Thứ tự sắp xếp tính trong câu

II. Nối giữa các tính từ
- Vì chúng ta có nhiều tính từ như và sau khi biết cách sắp xếp vị trí , điều tiếp theo chúng ta cần chú ý đó chính là cần phải lưu ý khi nối giữa các tính từ đứng cạnh nhau.
- Có thể hoặc không cần dùng dấu “,” giữa các tính từ
- Trong trường hợp trang trọng hơn, chúng ta có thể dùng dấu “,” hoặc “and” giữa các tính từ.
E.g.:
– It’s a short, narrow, metal brush.
– The woman is a beautiful, tall, skinny, young, Latin doctor.
– I remember he wore a green and white cotton tee yesterday.
