By the end of the lesson, students will be able to complain about

faulty goods in a shop using vocabulary for gadgets and phrases for making complaints.

A. Warm-up (5’)

c) Outcomes: Students can understand four important points when making a complaint.

d) Competence: communication, critical thinking, listening.
