Thì tương lai đơn: Will và Shall trong Tiếng Anh đầy đủ, chi tiết
1. Khái niệm Thì tương lai đơn
Thì tương lai đơn được dùng khi không có kế hoạch hay quyết định làm gì nào trước khi chúng ta nói. Chúng ta ra quyết định tự phát tại thời điểm nói.
2. Cách dùng Thì tương lai đơn
Thì tương lai đơn dùng để diễn tả:
a. Hành động sẽ xảy ra trong tương lai, hoặc một hành động sẽ xảy ra trong một quãng thời gian dài ở tương lai
Eg: Will he be here on time? (Anh ta sẽ đến đây đúng giờ chứ?)
b. Ý kiến, dự đoán của bản thân
Eg: I’m sure he’ll come back soon. (Tôi chắc chắn anh ấy sẽ quay lại sớm thôi.)
c. Lời đe dọa
Eg: I’ll hit you if you do that again. (Tôi sẽ đánh bạn nếu bạn còn làm thế.)
d. Quyết định ngay tức khắc, tự phát tại thời điểm nói
Eg: There’s a postbox over there. I’ll post these letters.
(Có một thùng thư ở kia. Tôi sẽ gửi những lá thư này.)
e. Yêu cầu, đề nghị, lời mời
Eg: Will you open the door? (Bạn mở cửa giúp tôi nhé?)
3. Cấu trúc Thì tương lai đơn
(+) Khẳng định
| S + will + Vinf |
Eg: I’ll help you with your homework. (Tôi sẽ giúp bạn làm bài tập.) |
(-) Phủ định
| S + will not/ won’t + Vinf |
Eg: We won’t have time for a meal. (Chúng ta sẽ không có thời gian để ăn.) |
(?) Nghi vấn
| (Từ để hỏi) + am + I + going to + Vinf? |
Eg: Where am I going to do with this report, sir? (Tôi sẽ làm gì với cái báo vậy sếp?) |
4. Dấu hiệu nhận biết Thì tương lai đơn
Các trạng từ chỉ thời gian trong tương lai
• Someday (một ngày nào đó)
• Tomorrow (ngày mai
• Next day/ week/ month ….. (tuần/ tháng …. sau)
• Soon (sớm thôi) …….
Eg: I think they will finish the exam soon. (Tôi nghĩ họ sẽ hoàn thành bài thi sớm thôi.)
