I. OBJECTIVES:

By the end of the lesson, students will be able to:

- Reading: Analysing an application letter

- Vocabulary: Formal language

- Writing: Planning and writing an application letter

2. Ability:

- sub skills: listening and speaking skills

- main skills: reading and writing skills

Write a letter applying for a voluntary role

3. Quality:

- Have positive attitude in English language learning so that they can participate enthusiastically in all classroom activities, especially with the topic conducted by the teacher

- Know how to use grammar rules: look for synonyms and paraphrases
